Er:YAG safe tightening
Action II Petite Lady uses fractional ablative 2940 nm Er:YAG laser, when absorbed by the water containing tissues it ablates the outmost cell layers.
Er:YAG has 13 times the water absorption of other fractional lasers, this high water affinity results in the absorption of full energy dose by superficial tissues, which in return limits its penetration & increases its safety. Action II Petite Lady effect can be notices in 2 layers:
- Epithelial ablation: laser stimulates epithelial thickening by stimulating formation of glycogen which increases vaginal lubrication.
- Lamina propria: thermal injury by laser stimulates collagen and elastin formation and improve vascularization, the end result of tissue regeneration will show an improvement of vaginal tightening, elasticity, sensation and better urinary control.
